MSAD 58 is taking this opportunity to notify those students and their parents whose birth dates were between the years of 1991 and 1998, attended MSAD 58, and received special education services, that these records will be destroyed on August 1, 2024.

Please submit a written request by August 1, 2024, if you would like your special education records released to you. Please include the student’s name, date of birth, and the best way to contact you to:

Any records for students born prior to 1991 would have been destroyed, according to the last notice of destruction of records, on August 8, 2017. 

A permanent record including the students name, address, phone number, grades, attendance record, classes attended, grade level completed, and year completed shall be maintained at the Mt. Abram High School with no time limitations.

Records not claimed by August 1, 2024, will be destroyed.
