Our goal is to provide the best support possible for the hardware, software, and technology skills needed for teaching and learning in today’s classroom.

Angel Allen is the MSAD58 Technology Director.  She provides the leadership, vision, and management for the entire district’s technology program.

Sean Tennent is our Repair Coordinator and Network Administrator.  His job is to ensure the technology maintenance operation is running smoothly and he also provides direct hardware and software support.

Cara Smith is the District RepairTechnician.  She is an Apple Certified technician responsible for repair and maintenance of all of our district computers, well over 1000 machines!

Sharon Dudley is the District Technology Secretary, her job is to manage all of the inventory and administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, entering work orders and managing the tech center student helpers.

We have several ways you can contact us for help:

Tech Mentors

We use a system of ‘Tech Mentors’ in the elementary schools.  These mentors are staff members who have agreed to be a point of contact for technology problems.  They may be able to help you directly, or they may enter a work order for your problem in the Web Help Desk website.

Mount Abram Tech Center

Mount Abram High School staff and students use the Tech Center for their repair and troubleshooting needs.  Sharon Dudley is on duty there every day, anyone in the school can come in and have their machine repaired.  The Tech Center is the place to go for fresh batteries, cleaning of your laptop, installation of software; they can solve any problem you might have with your computer.  If your machine needs to be sent in for repair, they can issue you a spare.

Ticket System

We use a web based ticket system for repairs and maintenance.  Tickets are entered by the Tech Mentors, Tech Center staff or our technicians.  You can also have a ticket automatically entered by sending an email to  If you are located in one of the elementary schools, please see your Tech Mentor before sending us a request for help.
