Accountability

The State of Maine and the federal No Child Left Behind Law require school districts to participate in standardized testing and to make the results public.

At grades 3-8, students complete the MEA testing each fall.  Students in grades 5 and 8 also complete MEA Science testing in the spring.  Grade 11 students, participate in the Maine High School Assessment (MHSA) with an augmented science assessment.
